Payment Options:

• In Person by cash or cheque
• Online by going to the ‘Client’ page and using the ‘Pay Now’ option where you can use your Credit/Debit card or pay by Pay Pal.

Refund Policy:

• Booking fees are not refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Any item that has been paid for and cannot be supplied an alternative of equal or greater value will be offered.  In the case of the alternative item not being acceptable then a refund to the value of the original item will be given.
• Wedding bookings that have been paid for in part or in full will be refunded not exceeding the amount paid less the booking fee if the wedding is cancelled by the clients more than 12 weeks before the wedding.  Weddings cancelled after the 12 week deadline will not be refunded unless agreed otherwise in writing.  If the date of the original booking is subsequently re-booked then a refund will be given.
• If a booking is cancelled by the photographer then a full refund will be given if a new booking date cannot be arranged.
• Any complains should be first raised by the Client with the Photographer in writing within 21 days from the date of receipt of the images.  In the unlikely event of an unresolved complaint the Client may request the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers to mediate but only on the basis that the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
