All of our Traditional and Contemporary example packages include the following

• Attendance at a chosen venue for pre-ceremony photographs
• Attendance at the ceremony for photographs.  Photographs can only be taken during the ceremony with prior permission of the officials.
• Attendance at the reception up until the guests are seated for the meal.  This can be extended to include speeches at no extra charge.
• A set of preview photographs (12 per page) in a comb bound folder for the couple to keep.
• All travelling within a 50 mile radius of our base; thereafter a mileage charge will be added.
• Each package can be upgraded at any time to include a range of optional extras.

All of the packages presented are examples and are based on what has and continues to be popular with the majority of couples; you can use our examples unmodified or you can adapt them to suit your particular requirements.

All of our albums and photographs are professionally printed on traditional photographic paper - not inkjet - although press printing is available as an option for some albums.

Example Traditional Package 1

This is our basic traditional style package and in addition to the details on the home tab contains an  album covered in a man made material containing 10 double sided pages with photographs up to 8 x 8 inches in size.  Albums are available in a range of styles and colours to suit the requirements of the couple. Additional photographs can be included in the album at the time of ordering.

Example Traditional Package 2

This is our mid range traditional style package and in addition to the details on the home tab contains an album covered in a man made material containing 20 double sided pages with photographs up to 8 x 8 inches in size.  Albums are available in a range of styles and colours to suit the requirements of the couple and the album can be upgraded at the time of ordering.  This package also includes one of the additions listed below.

Example Traditional Package 3

This is our top of the range traditional style package and in addition to the details on the home tab contains an album finished in leather or other material containing 20 double sided pages with photographs up to 10 x 10 inches in size.  Albums are available in a wide range of styles and colours to suit the requirements of the couple and the album can be upgraded at the time of ordering.  This package also includes one of the additions listed below.

Note: Sizes quoted in the above 3 options are for the photographs before mounting in the album. The amount of photograph visible will be slightly less due to the masking effect of the overlay.

Example Contemporary Package 1

This is our basic contemporary style package and in addition to the details on the home tab contains an album presented in what is often called storybook or magazine style where the pages are bound into a hard cover and are press printed back to back to give light weight flexible pages; the cover is printed in a design of your choice.

We can also offer a range of self adhesive albums where traditionally printed photographs are attached to stiff pages to give a more substantial feel.

Example Contemporary Package 2

This is our mid range contemporary package and in addition to the details on the home tab contains an album with either a picture style padded or acrylic cover or an engraved aluminium cover. Pages are bonded onto thin board to give a substantial feel to the album and to prevent bending.  This package includes one of the additions below.

Example Contemporary Package 3

This is our top of the range contemporary package and in addition to the details on the home tab contains an album which is available in a range of materials including, acrylic, metal, leather or range of man made materials.  Pages are bonded onto thin board to give a substantial feel to the album to prevent bending.  Album choice can be from a range of different manufacturers.  This package also includes a DVD slide show of your pictures plus one of the additions listed below.

Our Saver Package is for those people who are on a tight budget or for those who wish to keep the photography simple with just a few keepsake photographs of the day.

(Bookable no sooner than 4 months before the date of the wedding) Prices start from as little as £160-00

Our base package includes

• attendance at your chosen location for the ceremony
• photography during the ceremony with agreement with the officials
• photography outside of the location after the ceremony**
• your choice of 10 photographs size 8”x6”, from those taken, mounted in card folders
• on-line album for you to choose your photographs
• total road travel from and to our base in Llantwit Major of 30 miles*
• additional photographs may be purchased direct from your on-line album for a period of 6 months after the ceremony

You can add the following to the base package at the time of booking

• up to 10 additional photographs at 50% of our normal rate
• additional photographs over and above the 10 at our normal rate
• a CD/DVD of your photographs at 50% of our normal rate
• additional locations for your photographs**
• additional mileage* charged at 40p per mile
• a printed preview album at proof quality
• speeches
• photo effects (at time of ordering pictures)

You can subtract the following from the base package at the time of booking

• the 10/20 photographs can be supplied loose instead of in folders
• the 10 photographs (a CD/DVD must be added)

You can add the following at the time of ordering your photographs

• additional photographs at our normal sizes and rates
• a wedding album taken from our standard ranges
• a CD/DVD of your photographs at our normal rates
• a preview style album of all your photos corrected for colour and exposure

* Mileage calculated using Google Maps and is rounded to the nearest 10 mile increment

^** If the Ceremony and the Reception are at the same venue then this counts as two venues

Notes:

• Size quoted in inches and are for the photographs before mounting in the folder.  When using folders the amount of photograph visible will be slightly less due to the masking effect of the folder.
• Colour and brightness correction is included in photo cost as well as cropping and conversion to monochrome; additional manipulation including the removal of objects is charged for separately

Whatever package you have chosen the following additional items can be added at any time.

Upgrade your Package.  This can be done at any time and all it will cost is the difference between the original and new package price.

A DVD slide show of your photographs. This is included in package 4 but is available as an option on all other packages.

Parents Albums.  We offer a range of parents albums in several sizes; each album can have its own set of photographs or in the case of the contemporary packages they can me duplicates or smaller versions of the main album.

Photo Gifts. A number of photo gifts and accessories are available, including Thank You Cards, Souvenir Books etc.

Attendance at the Evening Reception

Mobile studio; if space and the venue permits.  This is used to take photographs at the evening reception of individuals, couples and small groups. Photos are printed and mounted in a folder at the reception for guests to purchase and take away.  You will need to check with your reception venue if this service is allowable and if any additional costs are charged by the venue for the space used.
